Lyn Estall's art career has spanned close to thirty years, most of those spent living and painting in Oakville, Ontario. Lyn's constant quest for new and meaningful ways to express her unique point of view has led her to experiment with widely divergent techniques and media. As well as painting in oils, acrylic, watercolor and pastels, she is passionate about collage, sculpting, working with metal and acid and has recently discovered collography and monoprinting.

Lyn captures the personalities of her feline subjects through her adept use of brushes and paints and her love of cats is evident in each painting. Each year, she receives letters and photographs from cat-lovers around the world, which she uses as inspiration and ideas for paintings. "A heartfelt thanks to all of you fellow feline-fanciers for allowing me to share my love of cats with you."

All Pine Ridge Art's Wall Calendars are environmentally friendly, printed on acid free linen paper, using a six vegetable-ink color printing process. Each calendar features a decorative wrap for protection, which displays all twelve images on the back along with the Artist's biography.
