WHAT DOES THE TAC SPLICER DO?

It automatically repairs broken 1/2" video tape (VHS or Beta). Almost no skill is required and you get perfect splices every time. Unlike other splicers, with TAC the operator does not have to handle the splicing tape or blades.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The TAC splicer cuts and aligns the tape, then at the touch of a button applies a special splicing tab.

The whole operation takes a few seconds.

The tab is dispensed from a splicing cartridge which provides 25 splices. When the cartridge is empty, simply remove it and insert a new one.

The cutting blades last an average of 500 splices. Replacement blades are available and are easily installed.
